In Plant-Based Himalaya, I have shared 38 vegan recipes from my home country, Nepal that I have been cooking and eating since I was very young, including mouthwatering tea, grains, dal, curries, greens, sauces, and desserts. In addition to food, I have introduced Nepal along with my personal goals for a plant-based diet: decreasing mass production and consumption of unhealthy processed food in plastic packaging.
Cooking is like a meditation when you add focus and include the right ingredients. I strongly believe cooking has healing power. You will learn to use ancient Ayurvedic spices, hopefully leading to fewer trips to the doctor and more visits to your gardens.
