My first cookbook, “Plant-Based Himayala” will be out next fall, September 2022. This beautiful book of 38 vegan recipes from Nepal includes mouthwatering grains, dal, curries, greens, sauce and desserts. All the recipes from the book are some of my most favorite dishes that I have been cooking and eating since I was very young.

It will be out via Red Lightning Books, Indiana University Press.
