Cumin is my favorite spice. I bet you can’t tell me one dish that it would not be delicious in. It is extremely popular in South East Asia and a staple spice in curry. As well as my curries, I put cumin in most of my soups, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas, etc. Besides its utterly immense flavor, it has great value for health & well-being that will make you want to add it in every recipe from here on out.
