Ingredients

Avocado - 1 or 2
Red onion - ¼ small
Water: 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes - ½ teaspoon
Himalayan salt - ½ teaspoon
Black pepper - ½ teaspoon
Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
Pomegranate - ½ cup
If you are bored of your regular avocado toast, here is a way to spice it up.

Instructions

1.Cut avocado through the middle in a circle.
2.Cut into slices.
3.Heat a pan. Add coconut oil and fry the onion.
4.Once the onion turns brown, add some water.
5.Slowly put them on top of the avocado slices.
6.Add salt, pepper, and chili flakes on top.
7.Throw some pomegranate seed for some more flavor.
8.It's ready! Enjoy!
